Fencefoot Farm lies on the A78, just South of the village of Fairlie, between the seaside resort of Largs and the Isle of Arran ferry port, Ardrossan. 
 
The letting accommodation is converted from the Victorian part of Fencefoot Farm, with its own front door, private garden and a stream which runs at the bottom of the garden. 
 
The ground floor comprises of a large kitchen and living area with a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave oven. There is also a bathroom with bath (and shower attachment), wash hand basin and toilet. 
 
On the first floor there are two large bedooms, one with a king-sized bed, the other with two single beds and wash hand basin. Both rooms are furnished with antique pine wardrobes and chest of drawers.
 
Within Fencefoot Farm is a farm shop and cookshop. Fencebay also holds monthly Ayrshire Farmers’ Markets, where you can meet producers of quality meats, vegetables, fruit, homemade jams, chutneys, pickles and other local produced and tasty food with a true tang of freshness.
