Full Description £75 per day (min 3 day hire-low season) to- £595 per week high season Sleeps up to10   Dining kitchen, lounge and sunroom  3 bedrooms, 3 public areas, 2 toilets  Off road parking.  No smoking  Sun lounge with sea views  Family pets welcome Safe, fenced garden  Scandanavian triple glazing  Satellite tv/dvd/video Fresh linen and towels on arrival    The cottage sleeps  8 to 10 in a 1 double, 2 single, 2 bunk bed and 1 lounge king size sofa bed sleeping arrangement.    There is off-road parking for two cars and a fenced garden which can accommodate activities such as children playing and pitching a tent.   Being a cottage there are no stairs to climb and the open plan arrangement allows easy access to the 3 bedrooms, 3 public areas (dining kitchen, lounge and sunroom) and 2 toilets (shower room and bathroom with shower).    It sleeps 6 to 8 in a 1 double 2 twin and 1 lounge sofa bed sleeping arrangement) .There are sleeping bags for additional visitors and there will be a fresh supply of quality linen on all beds and towels on arrival (or refreshed weekly thereafter).   The house is heated with electric storage/instant warmth heaters in each room and combined with scandanavian triple glazing and a wood buring stove making for a cosy stay whatever the weather.    Any clothes can be dried using either the tumble dryer, the washing rack placed in the sunroom or the washing line placed outside in the back forecourt or heated towelrails in each toilet.   There are plenty of cupboards for storage throughout the house.   There is no phone in Linevern but mobile phones from most providers get a signal.    There is a modern well equipped kitchen/dinning room with views over the valley. A relaxing lounge awaits with satellite television/DVD player and sunlouge with sea views and a selection of board games.    A BBQ awaits in the back garden with outside lighting and gazebo and outdoor seating for eating al fresco, looking over the valley.   There are also 2 adult bikes and storage facilities (golf clubs, bikes, outside clothing etc). There are also baby/toddler facilities such as a high chair and travel cot.
