This lodge has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedded room sleeping 4 in total on the ground floor with a spiral staircase leading to the lounge and kitchen on the first floor.
The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed and is furnished to a very high standard with modern pieces. The room is aesthetically pleasing with a rounded wall and this, alongside the contemporary decorating creates a very unique feel to the room. The second bedroom, a twin, is again decorated and furnished to a high standard and benefits from being very private at the rear of the property which looks out onto our natural woodlands. The family bathroom is fitted with a modern suite, with electric shower over the bath and a heated towel rail.
Ascending the spiral staircase you are met with a modern open plan living area. With lots of natural light flooding the space from the north and south facing windows, as well as the four velux windows, the space is fashionable yet homely. The living area has a real wood burning stove which is the real focal point of the room, which also benefits from sky tv and dvd player. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with appliances and utensils, with a dining table and chairs for four people, and modern wooden flooring.
The resort is home to the Waterside restaurant and bar, which opens daily serving breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner with stunning views over the resorts fishing ponds and golf course beyond.
Our Inglesmaldie function suite has fabulous views over the estate making it the perfect venue for weddings, parties, private dining and conferences.
Activities here at the resort include a nine hole golf course, 18 hole putting green and driving range for keen golfers, the course provides a test of skill for experts and beginners alike.
Fishing is also available here at Forbes of Kingennie with 4 well stocked ponds, providing the perfect opportunity to learn a new skill or try out a family activity. Fishing lessons are available for adults and children.
We also have an outdoor children’s play park as well as the Thistle maze for the children to enjoy.
