The cottage is ideally situated in a quiet and secluded part of Plockton by the water but just minutes from the shop, pubs and restaurants. This is much appreciated when you come home after a hard day’s sight-seeing or walking.
The lounge, kitchen/diner and both bedroom windows all face the beautiful sea loch that is Loch Carron. Whether sitting outside — or in the porch during inclement weather — you are assured of magnificent views across the garden and open grassland to Plockton Bay, Duncraig Castle and the Crags.
The owners are Plockton residents, and live in the adjacent, newly built extension. They run the Post Office and Tourist Information. You can therefore be assured that they are right on hand, ready and happy to make your stay stress-free and relaxing.
Plockton Village, known as ‘The Jewel of the Highlands’, is the perfect base to stay, being ideal for walking, photography, boating and water-sports or just quietly watching the wildlife.
