These lodges all have 1 double room with ensuite bathroom, 1 twin bedded room and a smaller twin bedded room suitable for children.  The bedrooms are on the ground floor with a fully fitted kitchen and lounge on the first floor boasting views of the golf course and the Angus Countryside beyond.

The Leannan Boathouse forms part of the Forbes of Kingennie Estate and is popular with newly-weds providing an idyllic luxury retreat located in a secluded spot on the waters edge. Built in 1855 it has been beautifully restored, but with a contemporary twist, as the lodge boasts a specially designed NASA weightless effect bed and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
